It's more than one person. Ongoing Operations gives you real people who know real estate, working in the tools your brokerage already gives you: your CRM, your marketing center and your AI. AI does the first draft; a person checks it and makes it right.
How fast are requests done?
Within 2 business days, and urgent requests the same day. Every request shows its progress in the app.
Will I have one dedicated person?
You'll work with our team of people who know real estate. Requests may be handled by different people, so nothing waits on one person's schedule.
Do you need my logins?
No. We work through a team or assistant seat your brokerage provides, or from what you send us. We never ask for your own logins.
Is there an hour limit?
We don't sell hours. Membership is limited so every request gets done right, and larger projects are scoped with you first.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Ongoing Operations is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.
What isn't included?
Listing packages are ordered and billed separately. Field services are ordered and billed separately. Vendor and marketplace costs are billed separately. Transaction coordination is ordered and billed separately.
