The List Bar LLC
Privacy Policy
This notice explains what information The List Bar LLC collects when you use The List Bar, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Version 1.0 · Last updated September 21, 2026
1. Who this covers
This notice covers our website, our request-access form, and the signed-in workspace where listing, order and field work is managed. It is written for real estate professionals using the service for their business, and for the people whose information they share with us.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following, most of it directly from you:
- Account and profile — name, work email, phone, brokerage and role, profile photo, sign-in credentials handled by our authentication provider, and workspace preferences.
- Access requests — the details you submit when you ask for access, including brokerage, volume, areas of support and timing, plus the policy version and time you agreed to these policies.
- Listing and property information — addresses, listing details, MLS fields, dates, pricing and status.
- Seller, buyer and other third-party details you submit — names, contact details, showing and access instructions, and similar information needed to do the work you order.
- Documents and media — listing paperwork, forms, brochures, photos, and completion evidence such as a photo of an installed lockbox.
- Order, payment and billing metadata — what you bought, amounts, payment status, plan status and receipts. Full payment card details go to our payment processor and are never received or stored by us.
- Messages, work updates, notes, notifications and support communications with our team.
- Functional device and session data — your sign-in session, and basic technical information needed to keep the service secure and working.
3. Information about other people
When you submit information about a seller, buyer, occupant, vendor or colleague, you are asking us to process it on your behalf. You confirm you are authorised to share it and that you have given the notices and obtained the permissions required by your brokerage, your client agreements, MLS rules or the law.
If you are a seller, client or other individual and want to know how your information is handled, contact your agent first, or email us at support@thelistbar.com and we will work with them.
4. Why we use it
We use information to:
- provide the services you order — listing input and activation, administrative support with listing paperwork, ongoing operations, field services, printing and delivery, and coordination of third-party services such as photography;
- create and administer your account and workspace access, including reviewing access requests;
- take payment, manage monthly plans, and keep transaction and refund records;
- communicate with you — work updates, scheduling, notifications, support and service announcements;
- organise, route, draft and quality-check work, including with software and AI assistance, with human operators involved;
- keep the service secure, prevent misuse, and investigate problems;
- meet legal, tax, accounting and record-keeping obligations, and resolve disputes;
- improve the service, using aggregated or de-identified information where practical.
5. We do not sell your information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not process personal information for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not share your listing, client or order information with advertisers or data brokers.
If that ever changes, we will update this notice and obtain any consent the law requires before enabling it.
6. Service providers we use
We share information with providers who help us run the service, under contracts limiting them to that purpose. Today those are:
- Stripe — payment processing and checkout, including card handling we never see in full.
- Supabase — database, authentication and private file storage.
- Lovable — application hosting and connector services that route certain requests on our behalf.
- Resend — sending our transactional and notification email.
- Google Maps platform — address lookup and autocomplete when you type an address.
- Selected third-party photography, media and scheduling providers — where your order involves coordinating them.
9. AI-assisted processing
Some steps are assisted by software and AI — organising requests, routing work, drafting text and running quality checks — with human operators involved. We do not use your listing, client or document content to train publicly available AI models.
AI-assisted output is a draft and is reviewed by you and, where required, your supervising broker before use.
10. Security
We protect information with encrypted connections, private file storage with time-limited access links, database access rules that restrict each account to the records it is allowed to see, role-based permissions for our team, and audit records for sensitive administrative actions. Card details are handled by our payment processor.
No service can promise perfect security. If you believe your account or data has been compromised, tell us immediately at support@thelistbar.com.
11. How long we keep information
We keep information while your account and service relationship are active, and afterwards only for as long as reasonably necessary — to deliver and support your services, to keep transaction and work history, for tax and accounting, for legal and record-keeping obligations, for security, and to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary for those purposes, we delete it or de-identify it. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion date, because our systems do not currently delete on a schedule.
12. Access, correction, deletion and export
You can update much of your own information in the workspace. For anything else — a copy of your data, a correction, an export, or deletion of your account — email support@thelistbar.com. These requests are handled by our team rather than an automated button, and we will confirm your identity first.
We may keep information that we are required to keep, or that we need for transaction history, tax, accounting, security, legal compliance, disputes or enforcement. We will tell you if that applies to your request.
13. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether you are acting as a consumer rather than in a commercial or employment capacity, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, to opt out of sale or targeted advertising (which we do not do), and to appeal a decision we make about your request.
The Colorado Privacy Act gives Colorado consumers those rights against businesses that meet its thresholds and for information processed in a consumer context. Most use of The List Bar is commercial and by professionals, so those rights may not apply to a business account, and we are not stating that we currently meet the Act's thresholds. Regardless, we will consider any request we receive and respond in line with applicable law.
To make a request or appeal, email support@thelistbar.com with what you are asking for. There is no charge for a reasonable request.
14. Children
The service is for real estate professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 for an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child's information has been submitted to us, email support@thelistbar.com and we will remove it.
15. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page, and for a material change we will ask you to acknowledge the new version the next time you sign in.
