Inspection attendance
$150 / $225
We open up for the inspector, stay for the inspection and lock up. Up to 3 hours ($150) or up to 5 hours ($225); booked for tomorrow, $185 / $260.
Vacant property check
$50 / $70
A walk-through of a vacant listing: doors and windows locked, lights and thermostat set, no leaks or damage, flyers and mail cleared. Photos when we’re done. $70 for homes over 4,500 sq ft.
Photo-day prep
$80 / $99
We arrive before the photographer and set the home for the camera: lights, blinds, surfaces, bins and cars out of frame. $80 vacant, $99 staged.

Which areas do you cover?
Denver, Arapahoe and Douglas counties, Colorado.
How much notice do you need?
Two days for visits. Lockbox installs are done the next business day when you order by 2 pm Denver time, and inspection attendance can be booked for tomorrow at the next-day price.
Whose lockbox is it?
Ours. We install a List Bar–owned lockbox and come back for it when you order the removal.
What happens at an inspection?
We open up for the inspector, stay for the inspection, follow the seller's instructions and lock up when it's done. If the inspector hasn't arrived 30 minutes after the start time, we lock up and the visit is still charged.
Do I need to be there?
No. That's the point. You order in the app, we confirm the date, and you get an update and photos when the visit is done.
Can you do something that isn't listed?
Usually. Pick-ups and drop-offs (keys, documents, signs) and other property errands are quoted. Nothing is charged until you pay the quote.
